- 1 Lemon Juice
- 0.5 Simple Syrup 1:1
- 1 Soda Water
- 3 Mint Leaves
How to Serve
Step 1
Add ingredients (except soda water) to shaker
Step 2
Add ice and shake (ice will break up mint leaves)
Step 3
Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe
Step 4
Top with soda water
