What you need

2 Roku Japanese Craft Gin
1 Lime Juice
1 Simple Syrup
1 Club Soda
Shiso or Mint Leaf to Garnish

Method:

Step 1

Add the gin, lime juice and simple syrup to a shaker, then add ice cubes.

Step 2

Shake and fine strain into a Collins glass.

Step 3

Top with Club Soda, and add ice spear/cubes.

Step 4

Garnish with a shiso or mint leaf.
