- 0.5 Kanade Yuzu Liqueur
- of Angostura Bitters
- 0.25 Kokuto Syrup (1-1) (or a raw sugar cube)
Step-by-step
Method:
Step 1
Add the syrup (or muddle the sugar cube) and bitters to a mixing glass
Step 2
Add the rest of the ingredients and ice cubes
Step 3
Stir until well-chilled and diluted
Step 4
Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with one large tempered ice cube
Step 5
Garnish with a lemon (or yuzu) twist
